New Concepts Holdings Limited has secured a food waste management project in Haimen City, marking a breakthrough in the implementation of a fully commercialized model.

Recently, Yisheng (Nanjing) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., the domestic project management center of the Group, successfully won the bid for the food waste management service project (200 tons/day) of the Urban Management Bureau of Haimen District, Nantong City. This win marks the first implementation of the Group’s innovative, fully commercialized food waste treatment model and represents a solid step forward in the implementation of the Group’s new “Pengzhou Model” strategy.
The “Pengzhou Model” is an innovative achievement resulting from the Group’s deep engagement in county-level food waste treatment scenarios. Its core lies in eliminating reliance on government subsidies by monetizing waste cooking oil and innovating resource-based products to create a sustainable commercial closed-loop system. This enables self-sustaining, market-driven operations without subsidies, fundamentally breaking through the development bottlenecks of traditional environmental projects and providing a replicable and scalable new approach for the industry’s market-oriented transformation.

Winning the bid for the Haimen project represents the market’s high recognition of the “Pengzhou Model’s” feasibility and innovation. Moving forward, the Group will designate Yisheng (Nanjing) Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. as the implementing entity. Leveraging mature technology and operational expertise, the Group will advance the project’s implementation and operation to the highest standards, integrating the innovative concepts of the “Pengzhou Model” throughout the entire project lifecycle to contribute to the ecological and environmental development of Haimen District.
